Spring Themed, Pastel Colored, Sour Blue Raspberry Cupcakes and Cranberry Frosting!

Hellooo! Julia here. Ezri is making frosting but, whatever.

So, we had this super duper amazing idea! We bought this blue raspberry Formula Sour from the Omniplex in OKC, and I drank some and it was deliciousss. So, we found a simple vanilla cupcake recipe and added our little twist!

[Here's the link to the original cupcake recipe, we tweaked it a bit, though]

Recipe:

2 cups of flour
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 stick of softened butter
3/4 cup of sugar
2 eggs
3/4 cup kefir (look it up, the cupcakes will be super moist. The only reason we used it, though, is because I'm out of milk. Oops.)
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1 formula sour. You can use whatever flavor you want, we decided to use blue raspberry

Instuctions:
1) Preheat the oven to 375f, line muffin tin with papers
2) cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. beat in eggs one at a time.
3) add flour (mixed with baking powder and salt) alternating with kefir. beat well; stir in vanilla.
4) dump in the whole tube of formula sour.
5) divide evenly among pans and bake for 18 minutes. let cool.

THIS WILL MAKE 20 MINT GREEN CUPCAKES.
